The money will be transferred automatically within a few seconds. To ensure that you fill up your Visa bank card you have to choose an exchange direction on our website www.xmlgold.net

     Once you've chosen the exchange direction, then press a button: (get the selected currency). On the second page, you need to enter your mobile phone number:

( ATTENTION!!! YOU HAVE TO ENTER AN EXISTING MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, YOU WILL GET A PAYMENT CONFIRMATION SMS TO THE ENTERED NUMBER. AND IF YOU DO NOT ENTER A VALID PHONE NUMBER, THE TRANSACTION WILL BE NOT POSSIBLE ).

     On the next step you will see a text: Check your entered data, and if everything is correct press next (To Pay and Receive)
     After that you will be redirected to the payment system you have chosen for the payment and you have to pay the e-currency amount for the exchange to Credit Card.

     Once the order is paid. You will get a confirmation SMS from Liqpay.com, that you have received the money from XMLGold.net

     Last step, you have to log in to the liqpay.com website by entering your mobile phone number and press Enter and wait for the confirmation sms to log in as it is your one time password.

You will see the money in your Liqpay account balance.

Select the option Send Money (From Phone to Card) and follow the instructions.

Your Visa Debit Credit Card will be loaded with the amount you like.

To top up your account you have to buy the betmamax voucher from our website and using the voucher bought from us, log in to your betamax account and redeem your voucher, your account will be credited with the amount.
Note that betamax vouchers cannot be used for reseller accounts, they can be used only for regular accounts, if you are buying vouchers for reselling it is no problem, but you can't top up your reseller account with it!!!

Normally all vouchers are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed to us, but it happens that emails are late or are not delivered at all. To sell your Ukash Vouchers to XMLGold is very simple and would take just a few seconds. First of all go to: http://www.xmlgold.net/ukashsell.php and enter your voucher pin code, a voucher number into the N-Voucher Pin-Code buffer, then choose a Currency of your Voucher which are GBP or EUR and enter an amount of your voucher, the value. Next step is, choose an e-currency which you would like to receive, After exchange into: Do not forget to enter your e-currency account number, purse and also your email. After you have entered all your voucher details and your payment details, then just Enter the code you see in the picture and click Send, you will be forwarded to the page where you will see your entered details and a sign: Order Complete.

N.B Do not enter the same Ukash Voucher twice it will slow down the exchange.

If you have not receive the voucher from us and your payment is gone through then send us email with your payment details:

 

 * The the email which you have used with your order.

 * Payment details (Your purse/phone number, amount, date and time.)

If you have,paid with Credit Card then you can check for your payment status at liqpay website:

 *  Log In with your phone number

you will receive sms with password.

 * Click transfer history and there you can see your payment.

 If there is written ON CHECK then it means we have not received your payment and liqpay is holding it.As soon as we receive your payment

 then we will send out your order.

 If written CHECK FAILED then you should contact liqpay live support and ask what went wrong , and try to make a new order again.

No we do not accept nor exchange Ukash in other currencies which are not listed on Sell Ukash page, but if you have ukash in some other currency like:
AUD, EUR, CZK, DKK, EEK, GBP, HUF, NZD, EUR, SGD, SKK, ZAR, EUR, CHF, USD, CAD then you can go to:

convert your ukash voucher into EUR or GBP Voucher and then come back and change your voucher into e-currency you wish.
